ETFE membrane is often made into double layer or multilayer air cushion in application of membrane structure. That is, according to the designed shape and layer quantity, to cut and joint, then inflating interlayer’s space and make it be an air cushion. The shape of air cushion can be round, oval, triangle, rectangle, hexagon or any else shapes. It can form a huge covered space through jointing many air cushions with aluminum alloy frame or cable net.

1)Durability: more than 25 years with good aging resistance. 2)Color and light transmission The ETFE membrane is usually colorless & transparent, or made in white color. We can adjust the light strength which coming into the construction by printing the different color or pattern on white or transparent membrane. 3)Fire-proof ETFE is a material of anti-flaming. Even in the flame, ETFE membrane will only be melt and shrink but without falling drops. Because the ETFE membrane is very light, it has low danger when there is fire risk. 4)Self-cleaning The surface of ETFE is very glossy with good performance of self-cleaning. Dust and dirty covered ETFE membrane will be washed off by rain. 5)Adaptability of climate Range of working temperature of ETFE membrane is -200~150℃; Melting point is around 275℃. It’s of good stability and adaptability of climate. 6)Recyclable: ETFE membrane can be melted into particle and re-processed.
